Steff

Steff (short for Stephanie) is Dexter Douglas's high school crush and Freakazoid's girlfriend. She is voiced by Tracy Rowe.

She seems to encounter Freakazoid for the first time in "Dance of Doom," and although Freakazoid seems more infatuated with Valerie, he subsequently stays in touch with Steff and they seem to be casually dating. He trusts her enough to allow her access to the Freak-a-Lair, and to pay her to operate the Freak-a-Fall (a roller coaster that allows him to access the Freak-a-Lair). ("Next Time, Phone Ahead!"). In addition to her Freak-a-Lair job, she is a camp counselor.

Despite her involvement with Freakazoid, she is too nice to turn Dexter down, and goes on a date with him, unaware that he is Freakazoid. ("Dexter's Date"). She later learns Freazoid's identity when Cosgrove blurts it out. ("Mission: Freakazoid").

She takes a more active role in Freakazoid's crimefighting when he recruits her to participate in an international mission to rescue the Douglases. ("Mission: Freakazoid").
