Kid Carrion is a zombie cowboy and is one of the minor villains. He has his only "speaking" role in Relax-O-Vision, wherein he teams up with the Lobe, Cave Guy, Cobra Queen and Longhorn to defeat Freakazoid. As he and Cave Guy prepare to fight Freakazoid, Kid Carrion laughs in an insane high-pitched giggle. All of his other appearances are in the background or in ensemble shots.
The character appears to be a parody of the villain Tex Hex from the 1987 Filmation cartoon Bravestarr. His design originated in the Bruce Timm development of the series.
