Medulla and Oblongata are the Lobe's identical-looking henchmen. Medulla is voiced by Jeff Glen Bennett in "Dexter's Date" and by Maurice LaMarche in "Normadeus"; Oblongata is voiced by Larry Cedar.
The two seem to genuinely care about their boss and want him to be happy; even when he suffers a breakdown and is institutionalized for Carpenteria, they remain supportive.
Medulla's idea of a fun night is renting Guarding Tess (a film with Shirley MacLaine as a stuck-up former First Lady and Nicolas Cage as a belabored Secret Service agent) to watch back at the hideout.
