Two students at Harry Connick High appear in "Dance of Doom," praising the merits of Daylight Savings Time. These were character designs from the original Bruce Timm development (the second man is called "Leo" on his model sheet).[1] John P. McCann describes their use in this scene as a "model dump."[2] Despite this, the characters appear in every episode in the main title (in the "stay tuned to this station" shot) and also pop up in the short "The Lobe" (among the villains cheering for Freakazoid's demise). The first man also appears in "Freakazoid and Friends."
They are voiced by Jeff Glen Bennett and Paul Rugg in their sole speaking appearance.
