Fictional biography
Dexter Douglas was a teenager living in Washington D.C. with his family. On Christmas Day he recieved a computer chip known as the "Pinnacle Chip" that was intended to make his computer faster and run more efficiently. While looking for the instructions to how to work the chip, his cat, Mr.Chubbikins, was trying to chase a butterfly and accidentally typed in the code @[=g3,8d/&fbb=-q]/hk%fg. When Dexter saw this sequence he dismissed it as nothing more than a random code and tried to get rid of it by pressing the delete button. However, this set off a glitch in the Pinnacle Chip that essentially gave Dexter all of the information on the internet and stored this in his mind. Dexter was suddenly zapped into the internet, and was instantly transformed into a being with enhanced strength, speed, but whose sanity was questionable and constantly broke the Fourth Wall. That being? Freakazoid.
Personality
Dexter is your average teenager who is also a total computer geek. Dexter often worries too much and is easily scared. His family doesn't have clue that he is Freakazoid's alter ego. Dexter also has a crush on a girl at his high school named Stephanie (Steff for short) and began dating her when she discover that he was FREAKAZOID (whom she had been dating for some time.)
