Arms Akimbo is a gangster who terrorizes Washington, D.C. businesses by selling "Oops! Insurance." If they refuse to pay his premiums, he commits acts of terror and destruction against them (usually followed by a sarcastic, "Oops"). He is voiced by John Shuck.
Arms's arms are permanently frozen to his sides. Born in Brooklyn, NY, to famous print models, young Arms was forced to follow in his parents' footsteps, posing for countless photoshoots with his hands on his hips. This is now the only pose of which he is capable. He is wanted for extortion, larceny and aggravated nudging.
Arms plays in the annual Superheroes-Villains All-Star Benefit Softball Game. His henchmen are named Bo and Malachi.
